ADVANCE EDUCATION SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY

Advance education social welfare society has been actively training and helping candidates in earning and becoming active part of society and thus contributing in rising India. We worked in multiple sectors e.g. IT-Ites, Electronics & Hardware, Housekeeping/ cleanliness, cookery/ Home science, Digital Retail / E- commerce in which we trained 3750 beneficiary both on fee & sponsored base till yet. Out of which able to place 2114. We are actively involved in different trainings and with availability of centers at remote location. We believe in involving families of candidates trained and also have qualified faculty from local areas, along with guest visits from respective field help in imparting quality training and motivating candidates.

Consultative Committee

Our 7 member consultative committee consists of eminent personalities on various subjects, including Education, Skill development for Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Health, Nutrition, Environment, Agriculture and Panchayati Raj Institutions.

We have a 7-member Executive Committee to supervise and give directions on the execution and implementation of various projects and programmes to achieve result oriented performance.

My family background is very poor and because of money I have stopped my schooling at 2007 then joined in part time job. And also joined Samson ITI MRAC courses in evening batch. I am not that much good in my schooling and failed in my 8th Class. I am confused about my future, that time my uncle told me to join Sam ITI , Welding course. I learnt a lot from SAM ITI where courses been conducted more of practical class and less of theortical. Also they have arranged Full Time job in well reputed company “Precision Machine & Equipments Pvt Ltd” with the salary of Rs.6000 + allowance. Now I am very happy.

Life came to a standstill after the sudden death of my father, who had always wanted me to study and become respectable person. To make ends meet, my mother took up odd jobs, and I began to assist her. I then came to know through a friend that Omsai Fabrications and Training Center was conducting Training in advanced welding course and placement at other countries. They trained me practically in this course and got jobs for all individuals, this helps me to motivate in this field. Because of this, I am earning Rs.18 k + allowance in Singapore.

Being from a poor family, I did not have enough information on the courses that I could pursue after my 10th std in 2009. One of my friends informed me about SAMSON. At SAMSON, I was impressed by the career guidance counseling offered by the staff and the various job opportunities that I will be able to pursue after I finish my course. The course was well structured and a large part of the class was devoted to practical training. At the end of the course, I was offered jobs by 2 companies as AC technician through the job fair conducted by the institute. I am currently working in Chennai at Viveks, a leading retailer.

The Advanced Welding Course that I joined in Omsai Fabrications and Training Centre has been the turning point in my life. This course has given me a new lease of life after my father’s sudden demise. The institute with its large campus (including hostel and canteen) was well equipped with all the latest tools and equipment. The course has helped me in knowing submersible Arc welding, MIG and TIG welding. Apart from the technical knowledge, the course included a safety and spoken language module which helped me to face the interviews confidently. I am proud to say that I now work in Singapore and earn more than Rs.20000/- per month.

When I failed in my 8th class, I discontinued my studies and started doing small jobs as a daily wager to support my family. My career took a turn when I joined the short term 2 month Electrician course offered by SAM, Ayanavaram. I was very happy when I realized that 70% of the classes were practical oriented. I could also pursue this course while working since the classes were in the evening. I now work in an Electrical company as an Electrician earning Rs. 6000/- per month. I am thankful to my faculties and the centre staff for guiding me to a better future.
