OUR VISION

Empowerment of women for their participatory role in decision-making and developmental process and overall improvement in the quality of life of deprived and marginalized sections of society, living below the poverty line, through intensive capacity building, income generation activities, universalizing primary education and promoting for a healthy living and reaching up to poorest of the poor. To make efforts for effecting qualitative change in the living styles of tribal communities as well as maintaining and promoting their cultural heritage. To address environmental concerns by developing awareness against global warming and promoting biotechnology, biomass, plantations, recycling, sanitation, and hygiene to maintain for protection and improvement of environment

OUR OBJECTIVES

(1) - Empowerment and to develop leadership qualities amongst women.

(2) - Minimizing the prevailing practices of child labour, bonded labour, child marriages, and violence against women.

(3) - Universalizing primary education.

(4) - Overall improvement in the quality of life of poor, deprived and marginalized sections of society.

(5) - Imparting vocational trainings for sustainable livelihood as well as promoting Self-Help Groups.

(6) - Promoting healthy living by prevention, protection and care against diseases, such as HIV/AIDS, Leprosy, Polio, Mal-nutrition, Tuberculosis, Cancer, Malaria etc.

(7) - Strengthening of Panchayati Raj Institutions.

(8) - Promoting welfare of Tribal communities and protection of their cultural heritage.

(9) - Protection and promotion of environment through plantation, sanitation etc.

(10) - Effective exploitation of natural resources to accelerate developmental process.

(11) - Implementing various projects and programmes initiated by Central and State Governments for the welfare of children, women and senior citizens.

(12) - Extending help to needy poor.

(13) - Empower the marginalized community and rural poor peoples to access land and livelihood rights towards creation of a just society free from hunger and fear.

(14) - Promote and develop the small scale industries to provide employment to rural peoples.

(15) - Sustain and manage the environment as well as local natural resources like land, forest and water to combat climate change situation.
